Yes I know it was expanded.

None of which changes the fact that "Medicaid signups are pretty meaningless in terms of reporting Obamacare numbers." At least if your using the numbers as a sign of a supposed success of Obamacare.

Expanding entitlements increases present and future costs for the government, and does nothing to control expanding medical care costs.

It is NOT insurance coverage. It is welfare. Borrowed money, that is disbursed to the current generations that will have to be repaid by future, as yet unborn, generations.

Meaningless? Nope. But certainly not suggestive of a stable health care system.
