The administration ignores legal orders from the courts. Is Obama an anarchist? He refuses to work through congress and uses unconstitutional decrees to get his way. He refuses to administer the law as written by congress and even signed by him.

You are supporting anarchy.
In a court of law you'd defeated quickly by saying that.

Can you make a good case for your baseless accusations counselor?

Where did you get your definition for anarchy? Did it come in your Rice Kripsies box or was it Captain Crunch?

If you're using a real definition, then kindly explain how you think he could possibly be supporting anarchy.

What is your response to Media Matters getting tax-exempt status when the IRS is whacking Conservative groups?

Will IRS Revoke Media Matters Tax-Exempt Status?

Chairman Brock is ‘Democratic Political Activist’The IRS is demonstrating vigor in enforcing the rules for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations against influencing elections with its recent revocation of the tax-exempt status of the conservative Patrick Henry Center for Individual Liberty for anti-Hillary Clinton and John Kerry articles posted to the group’s Web site.

Perhaps the non-partisan Internal Revenue Service will balance the scales of justice by revoking the tax-exempt status of the Democratic Party front group Media Matters for America.

MSNBC Host Calls Cover Oregon Failure ‘Biggest Obamacare Train Wreck In The Entire Country’
........................................................................................................
Washington Free Beacon ^ | April 25, 2014 | Washington Free Beacon Staff

MSNBC’s Chris Hayes called the now defunct Cover Oregon website the “biggest Obamacare train wreck in the entire country” Friday on MSNBC.

“Today the state gave up and called for help on what has to be the biggest Obamacare train wreck in the entire country,” he said. “Oregon became the first state to dump its own troubled online health exchange and use the federal marketplace instead. Oregon spent $248 million of $305 million in federal grant, including $3 million on this cool ad campaign.”

here are some of your friends, do you work for CAIR ?

In a classic example of “lawfare”–using the law as a weapon– the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), headed by executive director and founder Nihad Awad (pictured) is singling out individual Pittsfield residents whom the Muslim group identified as having spoken during the public comments segment of a local zoning board meeting.

After the religious center’s request for a building permit was denied back in 2012, CAIR filed a federal civil rights lawsuit and is now harassing these citizens with subpoenas demanding that they appear in depositions and hand over personal email communications on the matter.

The American Freedom Law Center (AFLC) is coming to the aide of several Pittsfield residents who want to be left alone.

[iframe src="http://adk.juteralabs.netdna-cdn.com/htmlx/300x250.html?rnd=66571565320" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="300" height="250" style="z-index: 999; margin: 0px;"][/iframe]
One woman being represented by AFLC says her personal opinions expressed during the process back in 2012 should have no bearing on the lawsuit. The woman, AFLC said, “had no authority whatsoever to either grant or deny [the Muslim center's] rezoning application–she is a private citizen, not a public official. Her personal views, whether expressed to the Township, Township officials, or her neighbors, are not remotely relevant in this litigation.”

Robert Muise, AFLC Co-Founder and Senior Counsel, continued saying:

“There is no doubt that CAIR–a sharia-adherent Islamist group that notoriously uses the legal system to silence any opposition to its nefarious agenda – is abusing the discovery process to retaliate against and intimidate private citizens who dared to publicly express their opposition to the Islamic center. AFLC is quite familiar with CAIR’s bullying tactics, which is why it is important that we defend these private citizens’ constitutional rights.”

The AFLC says that it seems clear that with its actions CAIR intends to intimidate citizens from making any negative comments about things that Muslims want to do, not just in Michigan, but anywhere private citizens make public comments.

CAIR shouldn’t be allowed to sue these people in the first place. It’s nothing more than lawfare designed to intimidate ordinary people into shutting up and staying quiet. Setting that aside, if CAIR loses, it should be required to pay the legal fees run up by the AFLC. Either way, the behavior in this case is un-American and deserves to be condemned.

2.7 Million ObamaCare Enrollees Still Unaccounted For

Posted 04/23/2014
news.investors.com

Affordable Care Act: President Obama has for a while been bragging that 8 million people have signed up for ObamaCare. But the administration still hasn't released the state-by-state numbers to back up that number.

You'd think that with such good news, the administration would want to put out as many details as possible, as soon as possible. But judging by previous months, the latest Health and Human Services enrollment report is now nearly two weeks behind schedule.

As a result, we still don't know where 2.7 million ObamaCare enrollees came from.

Here's what we do know:

The exchanges run by 15 states and Washington, D.C., have reported final enrollment numbers at least through March, and most have numbers through April 15. The combined total for these exchanges is 2.6 million.

For the remaining 36 states, all we have are the numbers HHS released through February. At that point, these states accounted for 2.7 million sign-ups.

Add the two together, and you get 5.3 million. That means roughly 2.7 million must have signed up in just these 36 states after March 1 to reach the 8 million mark. And that means enrollment in these states must have doubled in just the last six weeks of a 28-week open enrollment period.

To call this an incredible achievement is putting it mildly, particularly since the state-run exchanges saw enrollment climb only 62% in those final six weeks.

So where did these 2.7 million come from? We won't know until the HHS report comes out, which presumably could be any day now.

But even if Obama can account for these fantastic gains, there are still several questions that need answering.

First, of course, is: How many have paid?

Georgia says that only 48% of the 221,604 who enrolled through March 31 have paid their premiums. In South Carolina, only 59% of the 114,789 who enrolled through April 15 had done so.

Another question: Do the numbers account for people who dropped coverage earlier? We know at least some have been kicked off for nonpayment, and others canceled their plans for one reason or another. Is HHS netting out these losses, or is it simply adding new enrollment numbers on top of the old ones?

And, did the agency screen out duplicate enrollments? One broker told us that in the last month his company was encouraged to simply start a new application if something went wrong during the process, so as to speed things up. He figures 30% of the ObamaCare applications his firm handled in the home stretch were duplicates. Did these get counted in the final tally?

The mainstream media, unfortunately, have shown zero interest in trying to make sense of these numbers, much less independently verify them. Instead, they obeyed Obama's command to "move on."

But until we get more data, and get answers to these questions, we're reluctant to accept any ObamaCare numbers put out by this administration.

Quininiac Poll: Rand Paul over Hillary Clinton in Colorado

By Larry Clifton
Apr 24, 2014
in Politics
digitaljournal.com

Denver - A new Colorado poll shows the Democratic Party cannot presume an early coronation of Hillary Clinton to be a sound political strategy, and that the state's Senate seat is up for grabs.

Sen. Mark Udall, D-Colo., who hails from a dynasty of successful Democrats, remains locked in a tight race with his Republican challenger, Rep. Cory Gardner, according to a Quinnipiac University poll out Thursday. Udall leads by a single point which means he and Gardner are in a virtual tie since the poll has a 2.7 margin for error.
Meanwhile, the poll shows Hillary Clinton, when matched against Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, would lose by five points in Colorado 48-43. Republican Chris Christie of New Jersey matched Clinton 42 to 42 in the poll. Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee trailed Clinton by a single point 45-44, while former Florida governor Jeb Bush would lose to Clinton 45-40 in the Western swing state if elections were held today.

Coloradans said the economy and healthcare were the most important issues by respective margins of 16 and 14 percent, far ahead of any other issue. Democrat incumbents like Udall are more vulnerable on these issues due to a particularly slow economic recovery and the badly botched rollout of Obamacare.

Black pastors lead rally against persecution by Muslims

'Following in the footsteps and spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King'
Saturday, April 26, 2014
wnd.com

With persecution against Christians increasing in African nations and other places worldwide where Islam is advancing, an American pastor is calling black churches and others to join together to raise voices of opposition.

Stephen Broden of the Fair Park Bible Fellowship Church in Dallas is organizing a rally in his city next month under the banner of Americans Against the Persecution of Christians in Muslim Countries.

The coalition says it’s “committed to stopping the genocide of Christians in many Muslim countries.”

A march is scheduled to begin May 17 at 2 p.m. at City Hall Plaza in front of Dallas City Hall.

Among the speakers at the Dallas event are Rev. William Owens Jr., author and Jihad Watch founder Robert Spencer, author and Rescue Christians founder Walid Shoebat and counter-terrorism expert David Gaubatz, author of “Muslim Mafia,” published by WND Books.

But the coalition wants ministers of all denominations to join in mass protest marches in all major American cities to “break the politically-correct conspiracy of silence which has concealed this immense crime against humanity.”

Persecuted: The Global Assault on Christians” produces the evidence. It’s available at the WND Superstore

Broden said the coalition is marching “in the footsteps and spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.,” deriving its core inspiration from his admonition to confront evil openly.

“Our lives begin to end on the day that we become silent about things that matter,” King said.

Broden said what matters is that more than 100,000 Christians are murdered every year for their faith, according to estimates substantiated by the Vatican and the Center for the Study of Global Christianity.

The international group Open Doors recently stated that nine out of the 10 countries cited for the worst Christian persecution are Muslim.

Atrocities against Christians by Islamic jihadists also have been carefully catalogued by Amnesty International, the International Red Cross, Human Rights Watch and many other respected humanitarian organizations.

The coalition seeks to “challenge the conscience of all Americans to oppose and defeat a murderous religious tyranny, to rally once more to the sacred principles of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, which are the birthright of all men and women, and which must now be guaranteed to Christians in the Muslim world.”

Dire assessment

The coalition pointed out that the persecution of Christians has become so horrific in the Middle East that several ancient Christian sects are in danger of extermination.

The Copts are fleeing Egypt by the thousands as churches are being burned to the ground and women and children violated. In Syria, Malakite Christians in Syria are facing extinction amid a jihad by the rebel forces seeking to establish Islamic law in the country.

John Eibner of World Watch has a dire assessment.

“If things continue as they are in Syria, there will be no more Christians, or other minorities, in the near future,” he said.

The media is turning on President Obama

With multiple crises spiraling out of control around the world, stories about the Obama presidency are taking on the air of postmortems. What went wrong, who’s to blame, what next — even The New York Times is starting to recognize that Dear Leader is a global flop.

“Obama Suffers Setbacks in Japan and the Mideast,” the paper declared on Friday’s front page. The double whammy of failure pushed the growing Russian menace in Europe to inside pages, but even they were chock-full of reports about utopia gone wrong.

One story detailed how the White House was facing the “consequences of underestimating” North Korea’s Kim Jong-un. Others recounted the continuing Syrian slaughter and the murder of three Americans in Afghanistan.
<span style="font-size:1.3em;">
The accounts and others like them amount to an autopsy of a failed presidency, but the process won’t be complete unless it is completely honest. To meet that test, the Times, other liberal news organizations and leading Democrats, in and out of office, must come to grips with their own failures, as well.
</span>
Obama had a free hand to make a mess because they gave it to him. They cheered him on, supporting him with unprecedented gobs of money and near-unanimous votes. They said “aye” to any cockamamie concept he came up with, echoed his demonization of critics and helped steamroll unpopular and unworkable ideas into reality.

Some of his backers knew better, and said so privately, but publicly they were all in. Whether it was ObamaCare, his anti-Israel position or the soft-shoe shuffle around the Iranian nuke crisis, they lacked the courage to object.

They said nothing as Obama went on foreign apology tours and stood silent as our allies warned of disastrous consequences. Even now, despite protests from a succession of Pentagon leaders, former Democratic defense hawks are helping Obama hollow out our military as Russia and China expand theirs and al Qaeda extends its footprint.

A king is no king without a court, and Obama has not lacked for lackeys. The system of checks and balances is written into the Constitution, but it is the everyday behavior of Americans of good will that makes the system work.

That system broke down under Obama, and the blame starts with the media. By giving the president the benefit of the doubt at every turn, by making excuses to explain away fiascos, by ignoring corruption, by buying the White House line that his critics were motivated by pure politics or racism, the Times and other organizations played the role of bartender to a man on a bender.

Even worse, they joined the party, forgetting the lessons of history as well as their own responsibilities to put a check on power. A purpose of a free press is to hold government accountable, but there is no fallback when the watchdog voluntarily chooses to be a lapdog.

The sycophancy was not lost on other politicians and private citizens. Taking their cue from the media, they, too, bit their tongues and went along as the president led the nation astray and misread foreign threats.

From the start, support for Obama often had a cult-like atmosphere. He sensed it, began to believe it and became comfortable demanding total agreement as the price for the favor of his leadership.

That he is now the imperial president he used to bemoan is no longer in dispute. The milking of perks, from golf trips to Florida to European vacations for the first lady, is shockingly vulgar, but not a peep of protest comes from his supporters.

The IRS becomes a political enforcer, but that, too, is accepted because nobody will risk their access by telling Obama no. You are either with him or you are his enemy.

The evidence is everywhere that his ideas are flawed, that his view of economics, diplomacy, the military, history, science and religion are warped by his own narcissism. He doesn’t even talk a good game anymore.

Yet it remains a fool’s errand to hope he will correct his ways. He is not capable; he looks in the mirror and sees only a savior.

It is equally clear that those who shielded him from facts and their own best judgment did him no favors. Out of fear and favor, they abdicated their duty to the nation, and they must share the burden of history’s verdict. After all, America’s decline happened on their watch, too.
