All. Is this the time to buy semis? Remember that in summer of 96
the SOX index dropped to 150, and P/Es of most big sox semis were
Close to 10. If semsi do slow down significantly we could see these
valuations again.
I'm learning the hard way: bought VLSI at 22 and TXN at 45 thinking
they were undervalued.

David, the Climate is really sickening, the stock is hovering near the lows, traders are seeing with the corner of their eyes below at the low 20s...with still an hour to go...
