People still blame the Depression on Hoover, too. Funny how long people's memories extend when it comes to breaking the economy. Nothing really says success like having a program named after you. I'm about the only one who ever refers to my Roosevelt Security check. or Johnscare/Johnsonaid, but everybody knows about Obamacare, which will be celebrating its 100th anniversary long after Obama is dead and gone. Nice job, boys and girls.

Leader Kim Jong Un told military officers to improve the Korean People's Army so it can "win one victory after another in the confrontation with the US," state media said, Reuters reports. Kim also oversaw military drills, the Australian reports, and told soldiers to prepare for "impending conflict with the United States." The remarks came a day after Obama—stopping off in Seoul on a four-nation Asian trip—said the US didn't use its military to "impose things" on other nations, but would retaliate against a North Korean attack on the South. North Korea's rhetoric didn't stop there, the Guardianreports. Its Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea called Obama a "pimp" and described South Korean President Park Geun-hye as a "crafty prostitute." The committee also touched on a still-sensitive issue by labeling her a "dirty comfort woman for the US"—a reference to the thousands of South Korean women the Japanese enslaved in World War II military brothels. (North Korea ran several articles earlier this month that described her as a "bitch," idiot, lunatic, and "cold-blooded animal.") For her part, she warned on Friday that North Korea's next underground nuclear test is expected "anytime."
