To all:

Being a man of few words I'll make this short.

My take on the call was as follows:

1) They seemed nervous to me, making me uneasy about ramping up of production.

2) They changed their minds during the call. At the begining they said that there was no shortage of demand, then near the middle they said that their scripts were flat at 10,000 a week, then near the end they stated that there was a slight decline.

My personal take is that there are more production problems than they are willing to admit at this time. By that I mean they thought that current problems were not going to affect the Q4 numbres. They were wrong. I am guessing that they still are assuming that stratagy, that they will be able to fix these current problems and still keep on tract with the future plans. Just remember that every problem that occurs affects the time frame of everything else down the road.

I am sitting with June 25 calls at 650 apiece. I feel fairly comfortable with these options. But I feel that a "stand pat" approach is the best policy right now. Allow them to get all their ducks in a row before jumping in. Also I am thinking that Q1 numbers won't be much different than Q4.

Just my take. Wishing everyone the best of luck.
