I always think in terms of energy. I don't worry about what I don't know as I do know ALL of our realities eventually fade into a place where I can no longer see no matter how hard I strain, and/or illusion; and I can see my craziness to some degree as well, Little I can do about it though.

I anchor my realty, the bread and butter of my reality is being very sure of myself about the basic liberal understandings e.g. racism, sexism, ageism and gender bashing being dead wrong. So I can satisfy myself with some things I am sure of. Kindness is the big truth.

Bertrand Russell said when he was 49 he could no longer get the big abstract concepts anymore. He also said he could not get at his sanity through introspection, but when he went out and interacted with the world he was fine. He was very important to me when young.

One thing we must do is quit thinking people who are interested in learning stuff are elitists. I remember in the movie finding Forrester how he had to hide his love of books. That is a bad habit we Americans have, especially the right wing; and that is where the Asian and Jewish cultures have one up on us. They don't do that.

Steven Chu said when he went to China he was a rock star and in the US no one even knows who he is.
