" Ed, this is because these countries have a huge underground conomy.Half the transactions are not reported and deals are done in black money etc....." Mohan, your confirming the post I sent you last week! I think Koreans should sink or float! These guys by some freak of nature are called the 8th largest economy in the world!! All the do is building bad quality cars, bridges that collapse, gas lines that explode and cheap quality electronic components. One of their biggest exports is man power to the developing and not very developing countries. Their politicians are even more corrupt than the Japanes! Today they came knocking at the door of the European community for 50 billion dollars! They answer was NO! Maybe times has come for these guys to learn to stand on their own feet!
