You're right, adults not being able to buy cannabis lollipops and gummy bears is not a major victimization. In fact, it's so petty as to not be a victimization at all. I find it funny that pro-legalization folks end up objecting to moral criticisms and defending anything and everything. As if marijuana use is a holy right.

But it IS in their self interest to get kids using their product.

Not really. Even if they don't get caught and directly penalized, the fallout from it becoming even semi-common would impact their industry hard.


The sooner people start using a product, the better for the producers of that product. Marijuana sellers do have an interest in being held responsible of course.
