You have every right to be a racist owner of anything- unless the law specifically says you can't be, or you make illegal decisions based on race- which can be proved. What one would hope will happen to people who are, is that they get smacked down by the market place. And he's really old. So he will be dead soon anyway. Not sure it makes sense to waste a lot of time pretending to rehabilitate old racists. The wheel of time will crush them soon enough.
