I haven't forgotten that Clinton killed the glass seagull. That certainly helped Bush blow up the world. I see GATT and NAFTA as being counter-productive, as will be the TPP.
I was for NAFTA at the time. Before I retired I had a chance to tell my ex-congressman during a breathing treatment that he was right about it, and I was wrong.
