Not widespread use from the legal side of the industry.

We will. In time, the safest place for street dealers who sell to kids to get their dope will be a legal shop.

Kids buying from the dealer on the corner is an argument for legalization.

The dealer on the corner will get the weed he sells legally from now on.

Kids regularly buying from, or many kids using marijuana from other people's purchases from, legal marijuana stores/dispensaries would endanger the industry.

I don't think so. I think once it's legalized it'll be hard to crack down on it. I expect use to become a legally defended right with no discrimination against users allowed.
