Tell you what... since they are so awful, why not do a new Contract on America and tell the American people straight up you are gonna end all 3 by 3/31/15. You should win in a landslide... or get totally buried.

might not be so appreciative of the sudden burst of honesty.

Those of us who really know what is going on understand SS and MC are the 2 most successful American anti-poverty programs ever created. Seniors living in poverty have dropped from 50% to 10% because of SS. Ideological claptrap like " irrefutably worst" never stands up to real numbers, and "it cudda been down to 1% if we didn't have SS" won't score any points with anybody.
