At some point in time, probably around January 15, 1998 when everyone is talking about 1q earnings, after korea defaults on their debt and after being placed on a COD basis for their ASICS, we should be able to look back and say there was another great buying opportunity.

This quarter is already over and $.50 p/s earning for this Qtr should be attainable. This would bring the last 4 quarters earnings to $1.63 p/s(.50,.41,.49,.23) or about 32 x current earnings.

Demand for cdma phones exist outside of korea. That demand will come from qcom, Samsung or any other company willing to supply equipment. Like any good business qcom may have a little talk with their licencees in korea and tell them: no tee-kee no laundry. qcom will survive and continue to prosper.
