This is probably excellent news, although I can't say I know enough about the way he ran the company internally, which one of the key metrics I would use to judge a CEO. My expectations for a substantial growth phase over the next couple of years is why I say it's probably good to find someone who can take this very small company and build it into a larger player. I have to wonder if this isn't part of the reason why ENZY agreed to settle the patent issue? Did the board think that Mr. Harland was too aggressive or the opposite? We may find out down the road.... With all that's happened over the past couple of years, it may have simply been time to turn over the reigns and have a "new face" at the helm.
