Look the south got in bed with the plutocrats (Republican's) back in the late 60's after the civil rights act. And the plutocrats have raped the south since then. The south is the poorest part of the country because the pubs destroyed all your unions that protected you and they cut way back on the social safety net. Right now millions of poor in the south could get health insurance through ACA medicade and the pub governors turned it down for no good reason at all except the rich do not want to help the poor and the pubs do what the rich want. It is free for 3 years and the feds will pay 90% after that. Thousands will die because the pub governors turned it down. That is the sort of stupid stuff the pubs have been doing to the south and they just go along with it. Every single dem gov took it for their people.
