Olu, I don't have a CPQ chart, but do have an INTC chart back 18 months. The pattern could be interpreted as a head and shoulders top but it's assymetrical, (I know, lots are) but it's not what I'd look for as a classic head & shoulders top.

Intel's H&S is more pronounced. It looks like a textbook example
and todays close puts it at the neckline. TA theory states that
the recent rally attempt has failed and downside thru the
neckline is highly likely... say another %10 to $63.

That is... if you put much faith in price patterns.

Well Olu, I hate to tell you this, but we've been heading down for a month now, especially in COMPAQ. Why didn't you tell us this a month ago?? What did your charts look like a month ago? If these charts are so good are telling you things, the ones you're reading are a little late.
So I guess my answer to your question is a resounding NOOO!!! I don't agree with this.
I hope you excuse me Olu if I sound a little grumpy, but it's been one hell of a rough week.
