Tim, I think Brumar meant to say, "in order to avoid taxes." Like I said before, I don't think legalization of vice brings such behavior out of the darkness. They'll still operate in the shadows, dodging whatever regulations that have been enacted to balance out legalization. It's the reason why Amsterdam, for instance, is trying to back away from legalization of prostitution. They found that legalization has done nothing to curb sex trafficking and other associated crimes. All it did was expand the whole industry. Tenchusatsu
