CJ, Not saying you are lying, but it is certainly possible, no make it likely, that your memory has been colored. Could be, but I would remember something like $5/gallon. This is because I remember clearly when gas rose above $2/gallon. Then $3/gallon, then $4/gallon. Every time I entered the mode of "OMG I must conserve, gas prices are spiking." Tenchusatsu
