So Scrapps how think you on the MSFT slap. I remember awhile back it seemed that you possibly saw a bit of merit in their case. It seems that the judge most definitely finds a violation of anti-trust law. It seems that he just short circuited the issue of violating the decree, and cut to the chase by just saying that the Government case is quite strong with regard to violating the law altogether. With final arguments not until June. It's not over by any means, but prima facie it looks like MSFT has a lot of dancing to do to make the claim that that hand in the cookie jar isn't theirs. The amazing tactic I seem to have heard seems to be that MSFT is working on trying to make the point that this situation is good for the consumer. Not even denying the fact that they have broken the law.
