Alan, whatever you think would be helpful to you is ok with me. I don't mind getting the emails and can tally them on a spreadsheet. I can include for each shareholder, # shares in cert form, # not in cert form, of those not in cert form # requested certs, and total shares if you think that will be useful. Of course I would have totals of all the columns. I can include any other info you may think interesting, like date certs requested, date received etc. I would still use the number that you previously assigned to each shareholder. What do you think?
