David, the volume did pick up at 3:45 pushing the stock down. The closing NYSE bid ask was 50k bid at 22 3/8 and 100k ask at 22 1/2.
So, at least we closed with some downward pressure. I thought that
it held up better than expected today, possibly as buyers supported the previously low of 22 1/16.
A month ago, I thought that 22 1/16 was our calendar 4th qtr low. Now, I think that we will crash through it by Tuesday, assuming the earnings report is Monday PM. Next support will began at 18, with a big previous base between 17 and 18.

Is it a good assumption...

to think that since Micron owns 64% of MUEI that 64% of MUEI's operating income flows through to the MU income statement? My vague recollection was that this is true so long as the parent owns 50% or more of the subsidiary. Thanks for your help.
