Hope all my friends on this thread were able to buy today around the bargain price of 17.00..... Looks like a pretty easy 25% in my opinion. Remember the ole saying bears make money, bulls make money, but pigs get slaughtered!! Good luck CREAFERS

Mark:
Part of it is Asia, another is just the general Tech-Sector selloff, and thirdly, DVD incompatibility problems. There is a lot of confusion out there regarding DVD, and many are advising against buying DVD products until the industry comes up with a standard. I have a feeling DVD sales for CREAF will be a flop this Chrismas.

This is happening because more people have wanted to buy than sell in the past few weeks.

May be an entirely different story in the next two weeks.

Sim's comments the other day about how Creative would be doing a great job if they met the low end of their target probably cost the stock 5 points.

I think what he was trying to do was to set up the expectation that Creative would not meet the low-end (while knowing that it would) and set up a positive surprise when they do meet the low-end or slightly exceed it.

Obviously, he screwed up. The longer term question is what kind of impact the Asia crisis will have in the next six to twelve months.
