J,

I allways thought the good BTs were 1 to 10 count/lb. I actually looked into that back in '87. We went nowehre with it, since wild catch was just too cheap. But, wehn I was in Phuket (and I will not follow your H and a vowel resversal on this one) some 6 years ago, I ran into one of the leading aqua farmer guys.

He took us out for a dinner where the shrimps were about the size of the small lobsters available today (5/8 lbs, tail weight); with a lot more meat. But that was 6 years ago. Maybe tehy are burning off the WIP to cover cash flow? Your joke might not be such a bad investment.

The market didn't do waht I wanted today, but at least it was down. We shall see JG.

J~

J, yes, it does appear that S Korea does not market in BT shrimp. I suppose they just sell and eat them locally.

I suggest that if you really want to trade in BT futures, you call these guys: wsone.com.

BTW, Svejk lives up in Minneapolis. He has a good nose for fishy things.
