Again you evaded & dodged the main points of Calif's meteoric rise in cost of living, because of the quality of life thats found here, which has attracted wealth in huge demand. Many corporations are leaving the US, doing inversions for tax purposes, like Pfizer is trying now with Astrozenca merger in Britain. Its a US thing as well, both parties are aware of this, bobo. Like Rome, the high cost of being a super power and these business migrations are based pure economics, access to trade routes, import/export nodes, cheap labor & tax breaks, which Texas can offer now , good for you. Like 99.99999% of most all aspects life, materially motivated & thats how choices are contoured ( in the real world) Wine & vineyards are mentioned many times in the Bible, which was probably written mostly by drunks.
