starting at the top of my firefox 28

the first bar is the menu bar, File, Edit, View, etc

the second bar is the address bar with the ULR in it

the third bar has about 20 bookmarks in it

the fourth and last bar is the tabs for windows open, I normally run five tabs.

on FF28, under View-->Toolbars-->Tabs on Top, it will move them to just below the menu bar.

28 looks like this, see where the toolbars are? The tabs to switch windows is the lowest toolbar, 29 moves it up near the top and I don't see a way yet to return it to the lowest toolbar

Same here. I installed 29 this morning on 2 machines. Both look just like they did before, run the same way. I can't see a bit of difference and everything is just as it was in version 28.

My version of FF29 sounds like yours in terms of where I can find the bookmarks.
