It all depends on just what you define as manufacturing. I believe
that AMD delivers uncut wafers to IBM that IBM dices and packages
with their own facilities. This is "manufacturing" but the propietary
part is done by AMD. I do not believe that IBM is currently capable of
the part that AMD does.
