Many bought homes with no money down or little and took out equity loans. Then they didn't pay the mortgage. One Democrat Congresswoman did several of them...each time stealing the equity and going delinquent on the mortgages.

FUBHO,
Not everyone should go to college either. An English or women's studies degree is useless. High school kids should be educated about how they can earn an excellent living, in many cases better than a college grad, in any honest trade.
What would you recommend as a course of study to produce a financial livelihood for persons who do not go to college or to make an excellent wages/salary?
