Yes, there is a way. It's not the NBA way which ia about business and the bottom line (and I understand that), but for me, it does the dis-service of not giving a person his day in court. I wish Sterling had the right to go to court over it (he doesn't apparently) and test the evidence.

I understand what you are saying. There's all this disparate evidence out there that proves him a racist if you add it up. But for me that evidence needs to be tested under cross examination as to its validity. So that is my way--keeping in my mind that is my training and background.

As I have said previously anyone can say anything about anyone out of any motivation and it's only by putting people under oath that one can discern thier intentions--and even then not always.
