Correct you are.
Good article but it told me the FCC is just wandering around,
not sure which direction to go in.

The warning is that licenses already given out may be auctioned off.

I took that to mean licenses already assigned in the upper range,
BUT NOT BUILTOUT (ie. sitting idle) are in jeopardy of FCC
re-assignment.

It's the old "use it or lose it" thought. I AGREE WITH FCC.
This forces the small guys to do something. I think a bunch of
small operators got these licenses, and thought all they had to do was hold and then resell for big bucks later. FAT CHANCE says the FCC.

MOOR may have entertained that notion, but now has DONE SOMETHING. They are ahead of the game.

At least 2500 of their licenses are not subject to the FCC action, YET.
That means further buildout and expansion is an option to MOOR.

At least, that's my take. IF I'M WRONG, ...........................
but IF I'M RIGHT, .......... :) :) :) to the bank.

Have a super weekend.

Dan
