Technetium: I forgot to change Thursday to Friday, so it should have been: “At Friday’s close, 24 of the 46 Contest portfolios were in the black." But your point is well taken.
The small-cap biotechs prevalent in Contest portfolios have really been beat up in recent weeks. In fact, as of today’s close only 22 of the 46 are in the black, with the median portfolio now down -1.81% YTD and the median portfolio pick down -3.27% YTD.
