It's a worldwide phenom, the 1% don't care about price and for the most
part avoid paying taxes. Hedge funds only pay capital gains taxes, while
everyone pays the real rate.

Banks created a vicious circle where there must be a bubble going on
in some markit constantly, with derivatives being the disease.
