How did you miss the Postings of about 20 scambusters who said from the start that PLNI and Turek were frauds???? Many post on SI to this day. BTW, the period of fraud was much longer than listed on the Indictment; that is just what the culled out to prove! His son should have been prosecuted also, IMO!
