"Dr. Eblings" & "Dr. Stams"...Didn't know Paul received his doctoral degree. Must have gotten it between drillings. "Billion dollar company in five years." It's hard for me to even comment on that one! Also, where is the lawsuit #?

Thanks for telling us what you found out. Do you know if they will leave the ticker the same when they change the name? I think they should leav well enough alone and quit changing the name. Investors will think that's flaky or worse.

4. Namx has global rights to the EM sounder technology.

IMMM's original company DD brochure indicates that the company acquired only North American rights to the EM sounder. I think that an expansion of this magnitude should be made official in a press release rather than being transmitted via a casual phone conversation.
