No one alive today has suffered slavery in the USA - no one alive today was a slave owner - nothing to apologize for or anyone to apologize to. People of all races are protected by our bill of right's already. Good lord man - move on - try listening to the words of Martin Luther King and live the dream. That guilt you feel is from being a democrat - my family has been Republican since before Lincoln - we fought on the right side of history then and now. Affirmative action has run it's course and should be eliminated - it's original purpose was to give a hand not coddle and create more unfairness in society.

How does a student get accepted at all the ivy league universities? 1) He's a good prospect - at 98th percentile on SAT and 2) he's black.
