Yes, and there is a new 9 month report on the indo web page, put up on Dec 9. Sounds good for holes next year.

Is the 20% granted to Trans New Z. half of the 40% that INDX was granted on this land permit? Article doesn't say, nor does it say what they had to pay for this award.

Some info on Trans New Zealand Oil Company: Secretary of State's office in Reno, Nevada lists them as a Nevada Corporation, with Ron Bertuzzi as President and Treasurer, with Mark Katsumata as Secretary. No other officers listed. Katsumata is also Corporate Secretary of INDX. Bertuzzi was listed in the INDX 1995 Annual Report as a Director, with a B.A. Econ.
More buddies of Guidi to no ones surprise.
One nice factor is that it is a US Corporation, easier to track and look over their shoulders, and police their watch better.
