Leveling the playing field does nothing for those who refuse to play and just suck up entitlements.

I already explained there are myriad reason why different cultures catch up at different rates: cultures, family. No one knows how long it takes or what all the dynamics are. Why is the south taking so long to catch up? Maybe because it is so anti intellectual? One reason many think the Asians learn so quickly is that their culture is more philosophical, while ours is more dogmatic, so learning comes naturally and wisdom is valued. We destroyed the African American culture and tortured the African American for 400 years. You could not possibly know how long it takes to bounce back.
