Okay, well, the term insurance is mis-used in connection with Medicaid. In the case of this administration, given the extreme intellect of our president, one can only conclude it is intentional. Most people, however, probably haven't stopped and thought about it. And it is fair to say that most people don't really understand what insurance is; because of health insurance they conflate it with a payment plan. Anyway, I think I've said all I need to on this subject to convey my position.
