Maybe.

But if one looked objectively at the facts that seem to be oozing out, there is probably more doubt about it today than there was immediately after the Court rendered its decision.

You've heard this before...".if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem...." Particularly when it's the only thing that's ever offered.

Offered doesn't mean its a solution, or even a step in the right direction. If what's on offer is negative, then those supporting "the solution" are part of the problem, and those opposing it are acting in a positive way. Don't fall for the politician's logic of "something must be done, this is something, therefore this must be done".

not a solution in your eyes, but a helluva lot better than anything the R's have offered.

No, worse then either the changes that the Republicans proposed, or the status quo before Obamacare.
