I'm sure that major Wall Street firms will jump at the opportunity to do a secondary for a company whose stock is trading for < $5

;-)

My guess is that Crane will simply have to do a private placement, not a public offering.

Thanks Mike but John G da man on this one. I just followed his lead. I'm curious as to what others are thinking at this point.....does PNDA finally do a vanishing act or do they pull another rabbit out of their hat and poke along for 6 - 12 more months?
