Those who are basing their complaints on non-payers are missing the mark. While many won't pay, in the end most are going to pay for a while.

The bigger problem is when younger people realize they aren't getting anything tangible out of it, they're going to the doctor to get birth control pills and have to pay a $150 doctor bill, they go, "Where am I saving money with this?"

One of the key reasons we'll see more people transition away from employer sponsored care is that fewer people are working and that is a trend that is going to continue. The jobs aren't there, and they're not going to be. Hard to find anything good in that.
