Anti-Takeover provisions. In the last 10-Q they describe a Shareholder Rights Plan that went into effect February 1996. Under this Plan, they'll issue a Preferred Shares Purchase Right for each share when anyone obtains (or starts a tender offer) for 20% of outstanding shares. I thought it was strange that noboby mentioned it in CC.

Blankmind, Let me clarify something. You may know this but there is no needle with MUSE.
