I'm not sure what to think about Dirks. He's playing on the Oxford scare. It's getting to the point where you don't know what to believe. I think CNC is one big acquisition away from blowing Dirks and his shorts out of the water. Global Pact on Banking, Insurance, Securities Trade Reached Over 70 countries representing 95 percent of global trade in banking, insurance and brokerage services sealed a deal early today to eliminate major barriers to the flow of financial services trade. In general, the pact will make it easier for banks, insurers, brokerages and other financial-services companies to set up foreign subsidiaries and more difficult for governments to impose regulations that favor local rivals.
