Your request is like asking me to provide examples of the fact that people get wet when it rains. Every regulation that forbids any type of business activity or contract stomps out a form of cooperation. Even if I had the full list I and an infinite amount of time to devote to posting it, I probably couldn't type fast enough to keep up with new restrictions.

Keeping it on topic the PPACA stomps out all sorts of cooperation in terms of contracts for health insurance. The administration goes even further then the law, not allowing certain forms of coverage even for people who pay the penalty for not having approved coverage.

Its not just business activity (although that's the area where government control seems least in check) but also such things as bans on donation of foods to homeless shelters huffingtonpost.com
