Note the harm caused by LSD and mushrooms, please, and all drugs compared to alcohol. As you can see, your opinion has no basis in actual fact.

Pot is no more a gateway drug than alcohol. That is a right wing myth.

As far as danger to society goes, just look at any police blotter on any day and compare pot disturbances alongside alcohol.

And they know alcohol causes serious brain damage, and there has been no evidence pot does.

If you have two villages and in one all they do is drink and the other all they do is smoke pot. Tell me which one you want to live in?

Oh, and I was the State director of alcoholism and drug abuse and wrote the first state plan to address it. So I have studied the subject a bit.

If we are going to have alcohol legal, pot should be legal as it is a lot less dangerous...
That is your opinion. Pot is a gateway way drug to LSD, heroin and cocaine. The implications are enormous and America's War on Drugs must start on the casual user.
