Does anyone know the margin rules? I know that any stock you buy under $5 is not marginable with most brokerages. If you buy a stock and it goes under $5, does it trigger a margin call because it is under $5?

Jan,
I agree that S3 shareholders will have to wait until the new products
hit the market but that will happen sometime in Q2-3. The stock
could continue to slide down until some announcements are made.
The first announcement I hope will be that GJ is gone.

JerryP,

production, I would kind of be pinning my hopes on them too! This is sort of what businesses do"
A DUH, no kidding. Have you ever heard of GX2, PLuto and
countless other products that have turned out to be flops under
GJ after spending the bucks on these programs.

Jan, <<There is little we can do about...>> You can talk to one of the lead law firms of the class action.-g- Seeing S3 drop to the $4's from $6 in a blink of the eye, tells you no bargain hunters en mass yet.

I've now made up about 45% of my losses on S3, trading other stocks. I continue to maintain, not to buy S3 until a positive fundamental change occurs. Its pure gambling to try to "time a bottom" with S3. JMO.

I hope the best for all, good litigating!, LF
