If there were some unbiased way to take such surveys (like on a social network) we could at least have information about which "representatives" are viewed as most corrupt, most productive, etc. That doesn't really go far enough though, it could just inform the Super PACs where best to send their cash. We really need a better system of guaranteeing representation of the ordinary voter. It probably would take an amendment to make a real difference.
