You fail to recognize that an imperfect system which is certainly what our penal system is cannot address crimes by killing people.

As I keep saying some people are going to be innocent or have deep psychological problems.

Where does your thinking take you when you figure in they often execute an innocent people or people who are not capable of understanding?

You sidestep that question over and over, because you have no answer for it.

That type of thinking is what the right wing does all the time. And it is destroying this society.

A sense of humanity follows that human beings treat each other with decency, that violations of one to another be resolved in a fair and resolute manner so that human beings can reconcile their differences and move on while continuing to trust the system to respond accordingly.

Your solution does not meet any standard of human decency, since it allows heinous criminals to continue causing harm and does not allow for closure.
