I noticed that trend myself in the mere 8 years I worked for AT&T. What we don't know yet is how many people will be thrown off their employer-sponsored plans into the exchanges, and how drastic the changes will be to health insurance plans for the employees of large, medium and small companies because of Obamacare mandates. The disruptions could be orders of magnitude greater than, " hell, my insurance went up another $50/month " when you have a well-paying job at a big company.
