There's only one main reason to have many experts from the field on board - to be successful. There's a lot at play here; they are helping PVCT with guidance to final approval, taking a 'look see' under the covers to see first hand what we have, and perhaps be in a position to bid for the company. Their respective companies would not approve unless there's interest on behalf of the large pharmas for partnering or outright acquisition. Also, they are taking a personal professional risk by associating their names with the leadership of the company. Lots happening here all with one goal in sight - and it's becoming clearer every day.,

Dom did a very nice write up on the blog provectuspharmaceuticalsinc.blogspot.com. He detailed what exactly BTD is, what has transpired wrt PVCT, and what to expect upon notification from the fed over the next few weeks. (I tried to comment on the blog but was unable to.)
