I went to the shareholders meeting today. Only 6.4 million shares
voted which is less than a quorum so another meeting will be held
12/22 at the company head quarters. They went on with a presentation
and Q and A session. Here is a brief overview.

John Gorman ran the presentation with Par jumping in to add
complimentary information as necessary. Humbert Powell was present, as
was Barry Witz, Sharon, Christopher Sue, and Xin Cheng.

Product highlights focused on Gigamux, IQX-200 and Net Arm. Market
size for these products by the year 2000 are 3 Billion, 9 Billion
and 3 Billion ** respectively (**Osicom estimate).

ABCN launch is in 4/98. IQX-200 sales will follow as their customer base develops.

ABCN investment 1.45 a share for 2%. Oscicom has an option on another 2%. This option is good for another year (their estimate).
ABCN just raised more money and the share price was $1.45 per share.

ABCN has approval to launch 3 satellites and are applying for licenses
for 2 more.

Par's selling was margin related...old news.

The company doesn't publicly makes estimates on earnings or other
financial data but the 85% of the backorder will ship this quarter.

The factory in China is running at 65% utilization. May need more
capacity with the ABCN deal. They own the property next to the China
factory which will allow for growth.

Gigamux, IQX-200 and Net Arm will have great margins. Up to 70% which
will allow room for price moves.
